The Challenge: 

The Bank of Montreal wanted to introduce new banking options to its customers. Before these options could be sold successfully, they had to be taught to the tellers. BMO wanted a simple interactive solution that respected the diverse nature of both its employees and customers.  

The Solution: 

We designed a simple interface that allowed the tellers to practice and learn until they achieved mastery. 

The Result:

BMO was able to launch its additional banking options successfully. It was also able to convince its customers to utilize better options for their portfolio.
